Society Pass – US-incorporated technology firm – announced today that one of its recent acquisitions, Leflair has officially been relaunched, allowing consumers throughout Vietnam to place an order via its website www.leflair.com.
After the first two weeks of trial run, the platform has received positive traction from both old and new customers. Under the new management of SoPa, Leflair also boosts up its hiring, bringing new opportunities to mid and high-level professionals in Vietnam during Covid lockdown.
In the middle of Q2 this year, Society Pass announced the acquisition of the Leflair brand from its parent company based in Hong Kong. As the new owner of Leflair, SoPa also announced the comeback of Leflair in Vietnam in Q3 and other Southeast Asian countries in 2022. Earlier this month September 2021, the platform www.leflair.com has officially been rebooted and allowed customers to shop from multiple exciting deals that are available on the site. The traction from the first two-week trial run has been outstanding as thousands of customers welcomed the site’s comeback on its social media pages. The first batch of orders are now being processed and ready to be delivered to customers in accordance with the government’s Covid nationwide delivery policy.
Mr. Ray Liang, Society Pass COO, commented, “We acquired Leflair with a strong belief in the core values this brand has built over the past 5 years in Vietnam and continues to carry. By reviving the brand and relaunching the platform www.leflair.com, we address rising demand for branded shopping and provide consumers with a trusted platform to shop for their most favorite lifestyle brands. In addition, we are eager to partner and work with top suppliers in the market and provide them with a comprehensive solution to liquidate old stocks, manage customer analytics and build loyalty via the Society Pass’s ecosystem.”
As part of the reboot, the technology component of the new Leflair site has also been upgraded with a more stable infrastructure, allowing thousands of users to shop at the same time without disruption. The platform has now onboarded more than 500 brands – providing brand partners with a platform to boost sales, liquidate old stocks and sustain their businesses during Covid time.
Leflair also announced the partnership with TikiNow Smart Logistics as its Logistics partner. Tapping into Tiki’s experienced delivery fleet, the partnership aims to bring the best delivery experience to Leflair’s customers throughout Vietnam. In addition, Leflair’s customer service team has also been working tirelessly through its Hotline and multiple social media platforms to connect with customers and address products’ inquiries.
As the leading destination for branded shopping in Vietnam, the new Lelfair will also keep many of its signature campaigns, including Shopping Battle – a 24-hour only shopping marathon where customers can hunt the best-priced items, released every two-hour on the site. Additionally, more international brands are expected to launch on www.leflair.com in the next few months to address the shopping demand during the year end.
Ms. Cham Ngo, Country Head of Leflair Vietnam commented, “As most key cities in Vietnam are under lockdown right now, shopping online via our platform at www.leflair.com is among the most convenient and safest ways to shop for yourself and your family. Through our signature flash-sales everyday, customers can find the products they need with the best price possible. With the reboot of Leflair, we are providing our brand partners with instant access to more than 2 million highly-engaged shoppers throughout Vietnam. Furthermore, as part of SoPa’s ecosystem, we have the right tools and technology to help brands better target new customers in order to optimize sales performance and increase customer loyalty.”
Leflair’s comeback in Vietnam also marked an exciting new era for the brand. Regional expansion is currently under the pipeline for 2022 with other Southeast Asian countries in target. Leflair is also currently opening up multiple hirings, bringing a boost of confidence to the Covid’s economic recovery in Vietnam.
“There is no doubt the pandemic has brought multiple challenges to businesses in Vietnam this year. However, we also believe that within every crisis lies new opportunities. By leveraging technology and the platform www.leflair.com, we are committed to support other businesses and bring more jobs to the market. Together we can bring more companies back in business overcome this challenging time.” said Ms. Cham Ngo.
